Carissa Parker

Native to Norwalk, Ohio, Carissa Parker earned her bachelor's degree in English Literature and Secondary Education from Lee University with a minor in Religion. After teaching middle and high school for 7 years in Title 1 schools, Carissa joined Franklin Wealth as the Operations Specialist, using her education experience to provide detail-oriented service. From opening accounts, moving money, reviewing documents, coordinating client reviews, and onboarding new clients, Carissa responds directly to client and associate requests while ensuring accuracy with all account-related operations. She and her husband Trent live in the East Brainerd area, where she spends her time playing games, making music, and reading. Carissa also volunteers with a non-profit The BATTLE Association where she serves as the vice president and relations coordinator to provide music enrichment in underprivileged areas of Chattanooga.
